Luthier for over 25 years, I trained in England at the Newark School and then learned the trade in the workshop of Pascal Gilis, with whom I have been collaborating all these years.
Within the Meteny workshop, I practice restoration with meticulousness and care, which I am passionate about. I work on the fabrication of all high-end instruments produced by Gilis Violins. I also do a lot of adjustments for professional musicians from various backgrounds with great attentiveness, ensuring no problem remains unsolvable.
The life of a luthier remains fascinating after all these years; curiosity remains intact, sharing is important, and the encounters are enriching.
